Michael Jackson, the charismatic musician who came to be known as The “King of Pop,’ has died at the age of 50.

TMZ was the first to report the news, which has now been confirmed by Los Angeles Times and the Associated Press. According to reports, the pop legend suffered a cardiac arrest this afternoon and medics were unable to revive him. A TMZ source said Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived, while the Times says he was in a deep coma upon arrival.

The 50-year-old singer was picked up this afternoon at his rented home in Bel Air around 12:26 p.m. where medics had to administer CPR before transporting him to UCLA hospital.

Capt. Steve Ruda of the Los Angeles Fire Dept. told the LA Times that Jackson was not breathing when help arrived at the house, which is about a two minute drive from the hospital.

Earlier, a Jackson family member told TMZ Michael is in “really bad shape.” Joseph Jackson, the patriarch of the musical clan, also told media outlets his son was “not doing well.”

The ‘Thriller’ superstar has long been addled by health problems and has had addictions to painkillers in the past.

Jackson had three children, Michael Jr., Paris and Prince.

This year, Jackson mounted an effort to revive his career after several setbacks in the past decade. He announced he would perform 50 concerts at London’s O2 Arena. Those sold out concerts were set to begin on July 13.

Jackson had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the London shows.

Crafted in nylon with reflective details that spell out the magazine’s name, the bold Pink, Blue, Orange, Yellow, and Green hues were chosen because they are bold, modern, and ever present within the pages of the magazine. Following suit, the apparel design team fashioned the Nike Windrunner in the same tonal colors adding a piece to a collection that demands attention.

The Nike Dunk Nylon Hi and the Nike Windrunner are not meant for the shy at heart.

The Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Collection released on June 20th, 2009. The Pink and Green colorways are exclusively available at Urban Outfitters locations across the country. The remainder of the colors can be found at locations including Niketown, Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer, Nike Sportswear at The Montalban, and Nikestore.com.

Kanye West Replacing Amber Rose With Lady GaGa?

Kanye West might feel “heartbreak” for real this time in his split with model-girlfriend Amber Rose.

Rumors that the couple had ended their relationship have been buzzing around on the Inter-web for weeks now, and apparently West thought it was time to make it official.

“They are no longer a couple,” according to his spokesman.

But the newly single rap star is already gaga for another female star: the similarly fashion-obsessed Lady GaGa.

The pair have announced a co-headlining tour this fall that in all likelihood will cause a brutal frenzy for scalped tickets as well as send fans into puzzlement as they consider what to wear to the show.

“She’s talented and so incredible that she’s not an opening act,” West said when asked about the tour on Wednesday’s The View. “We’re doing it together, with no opening act.”

No word yet on dates, pricing, wardrobe design or potential collaborations between the two artists.

Chris Brown says “It’s not my fault”

One day after copping a plea in his assault trial for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, “Run It!” singer Chris Brown has a new song out on the Internet.

The title? “Not My Fault.”

Gee, think it might have something to do with certain recent events?

Before you rush to judgment, consider the lyrics, which deal with a girl he used to date—a “singer,” no less—who got “caught up.”

Caught up in a media circus and assault trial, perhaps?

On the Neptunes-produced track, Brown goes on to warble that, when he first met the mystery woman, he promised she would be “saved” by him.

And wouldn’t you know it, yesterday, Brown saved RIhanna from the indignity of taking the stand during the assault trial.

Sometimes, I get so caught up in looking around for photos to fug that I forget to eat lunch in a timely manner, and then my stomach starts growling and totally goes apeshit on me.
